NMN is found in all cells and is found naturally in immature soybean pods, legumes, cabbage, mushrooms and other fruits and vegetables. beta-NMN is water soluble and has good bioavailability and absorption, it is in the plasma within 30 minutes. In addition, unlike NR, NMN is more stable in liquids. This makes NMN the NAD+ boosting molecule of choice. The appropriate dose can depend on various factors including individual health status, age, weight, and the specific goals for taking the supplement. Adults (18 & older) – Take one capsule daily with or without food, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 months.
Do not take vitamin B3 or related products with this product.
